“ Venerdì sera abbiamo cenato presso questo ristorante localizzato nel centro storico di Cantiano. Sono rimasto particolarmente colpito dalla gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale. Il locale, molto carino e ben arredato, era la vecchia cantina sociale del paese. Tutti i piatti che abbiamo provato erano davvero buoni. Oltre alle preparazioni di ottimo livello, anche la materia prima era di qualità. Infatti i proprietari collaborano con aziende agricole e panifici locali. Particolarmente buono era l’uovo poché che ha preso mia moglie. Io ho preso il misto di antipasti di cantiano, che mi sento di consigliare. Molto buone anche le coroncine con carne di cinghiale, tartufo e ovuli. Sebbene il ripieno fosse un po’ asciutto la consistenza della pasta ed i condimenti mi hanno reso contento del mio ordine. Buoni anche i dolci. Infine ci hanno offerto un digestivo fatto con le visciole di cantiano che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo. Come abbiamo apprezzato anche il saluto dello chef torinese a fine cena. Siamo rimasti molto contenti del cibo e dell’atmosfera, ma in particolare dell’entusiasmo e dell’accoglienza di questi giovani ragazzi che sono sicuro avranno un futuro luminoso davanti a loro nella ristorazione ”
“ Era da tempo che non mangiavo bene in un ambiente professionale ed amichevole come quello de La Cantina Sociale. L’ambiente è molto accogliente e arredato bene. Era una vecchia cantina, ristrutturato dopo l’alluvione del 2022. Il cibo è molto buono, ottima la materia prima, siamo rimasti tutti molto soddisfatti di ogni piatto servito. Tra gli antipasti sicuramente l’uovo poche si riserva una nota di merito, tutti i sapori erano perfettamente bilanciati. Il menù cambia in base alla stagionalità, lo chef molto cordiale si è presentato a tutti i tavoli. Il personale molto disponibile, ci hanno fatto sentire come in casa coccolati con attenzione al dettaglio ed educazione. Sicuramente da tornare o provare anche se non si è proprio nelle vicinanze perché merita! ”
